Circular Economic System Corporation (CESCO) is a 501(c)(3) public charity founded in Indiana to develop systems-oriented operational capability through interdisciplinary implementation, workforce formation, applied technology integration, and public-interest infrastructure development.
CESCO was established to help organize technical capability, implementation pathways, interdisciplinary collaboration, and systems thinking into operational structures capable of producing durable public benefit. The organization works across disciplines because many meaningful challenges do not fit neatly inside one sector, method, or institution.
Our work is grounded in operational capability development: the disciplined process of translating systems thinking, technical integration, workforce formation, and interdisciplinary collaboration into practical implementation pathways that communities and institutions can understand, use, and build upon.
We are intentionally interdisciplinary.
CESCO draws from applied science, technology, workforce development, humanities, public knowledge, and community-centered systems thinking. This interdisciplinary orientation is intended to strengthen operational understanding across systems that are often treated separately despite being deeply interconnected in practice.
We are building capacity over time.
CESCO is developing its programs, partnerships, infrastructure, and implementation capacity deliberately. The organization does not claim to have completed every initiative it intends to pursue. Instead, it is building the operational foundation required to make those initiatives credible, useful, and sustainable.
Our aim is not merely to describe better systems, but to help build operational capability around them through disciplined implementation, technical integration, collaborative development, and public-purpose orientation.
